Cheesy Vegan made me both nostalgic for the diners of my childhood and hopeful for the future of vegan food. I loved the menu and only wish I lived closer so I could try more options. My favorite items were the deep friend mac and cheeze and the crab cake Benedict. The Nashville Hot sandwich and French toast with vegan sausage were also hits! I was anxious to finally get to this restaurant and was totally disappointed by the amount of oil and fried foods. Not one salad on the menu. Certainly a disservice to the customers who think they are eating healthy just because it says vegan. I will not be back. View all feedback.
