This is my favorite restaurant. My daughter and I had lunch there on Saturday, and, as always, the food was incredible. The appetizers, main dishes, and desserts were all fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Our server was excellent, and I can't emphasize enough how great this restaurant is. We haven't been to John's Cafe in a long time. I was disappointed in the food. I ordered the clam chowder which was bland and had raw bacon. The meal was cavatelli with bolognase sauce. It wasn't cavatelli but mini shells done harder than al dente. The sauce was good. So disappointing. The best part was warm brownie sundae. Won't be going back anytime soon.
