This is the best Dairy Queen in the area. Just a FYI: they close in the winter and usually open around May. It has a family-run type feel to it. It 's a small shop but the quality is always great and the staff is friendly (to me it 's a notch above other Dairy Queen 's in the area). It 's usually somewhat busy, a testament to the quality. I don't know what happened to this Dairy Queen but after the previous owner sold it, it has been nothing but downhill. The kids that work there are not trained properly. They have no idea how to make blizzards correctly they leave out ingredients they don't put enough fillings in.
