I had a very good cappuccino, and when I asked if I could have a drop more coffee in the cup the response was positive. None of the thousand yard stares or negative vibes. Once again terrible service, went through the drive thru, ordered 10 piece bucket. Either the staff are illiterate or thick, we asked for them not to put too many leg pieces, low and behold even after reiterating this, we got home and the whole bucket had leg pieces.
