This situation highlights a major issue with this place. While the food is fantastic, the staff, particularly the female servers, often come across as rude, disrespectful, and unapologetic. On a past visit, a waitress placed a dirty dish on my half-eaten sandwich without any care, and when I pointed out that I was still eating it, she simply removed the plate and offered my sandwich back.
