I visited the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece chicken tender meal, added extra biscuits, and asked for two large sides of mashed potatoes with gravy. When I got home and started serving plates for my kids, I noticed there was only one small bowl of gravy for the two large sides of potatoes. Shouldn’t you receive a gravy for each side? Additionally, when I opened the box, I found only three chicken tenders instead of the four I had ordered. This kind of mix-up happens far too often! I usually don’t voice my complaints, but this time it’s just too much! I live 30 minutes away, so it’s not easy for me to jump back in the car to address the issue!
I dined at the restaurant around 3:04 PM, and unfortunately, the chicken I received was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like it had been sitting out for at least five hours—cold, burnt, and incredibly dry. The biscuit was also extremely hard.
I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the scheduled time, but I watched three people, including someone with an order twice as large as mine, get their food after me. I ordered at 8:46 PM but didn’t receive my food until 9:44 PM, and only after I complained.
If you want some great fried chicken, this is where to go. Fresh , hot and delicious. Got my order complete and fast.
I was planning on eating there but when I read the reviews i chose not to order. I won?t eat there until the reviews are much better. Management must not read their reviews or they just don?t care.
