I dined at the restaurant around 3:04 PM, and unfortunately, the chicken I received was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like it had been sitting out for at least five hours—cold, burnt, and incredibly dry. The biscuit was also extremely hard. View all feedback.

Additionally, when I opened the box, I found only three chicken tenders instead of the four I had ordered. This kind of mix-up happens far too often! I usually don’t voice my complaints, but this time it’s just too much! I live 30 minutes away, so it’s not easy for me to jump back in the car to address the issue!

I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the scheduled time, but I watched three people, including someone with an order twice as large as mine, get their food after me. I ordered at 8:46 PM but didn’t receive my food until 9:44 PM, and only after I complained.
If you want some great fried chicken, this is where to go. Fresh , hot and delicious. Got my order complete and fast.
I was planning on eating there but when I read the reviews i chose not to order. I won?t eat there until the reviews are much better. Management must not read their reviews or they just don?t care.
