The biscuits are getting tough again, which is the only issue I have with KFC. I wish they would replace their biscuits with King's Hawaiian rolls; that would be much better! View all feedback.

In my recent visits to this restaurant, the food has been quite disappointing. The chicken was so dry that it resembled jerky. The mashed potatoes were clumpy and poorly mixed, while the mac and cheese was burned and also very dry. Although they replaced one of my meals, the same issues occurred again.
Food, particularly the chicken, is hit or miss, and counting isn't some of the staff's strong point (multiple times order family meals with less chicken then requested).Service is typically top notch, but my last trip I was met with a cold reception from team members.Atmosphere is that of a KFC in a small town. It was fairly clean the few times I have ventured I side to sit and eat.
