It may be because we always visit on busier nights of the week, but service here tends to be very good but a little slow as time goes by during the visit (except food comes out pretty fast). What Joe Davila doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
I was there tonight with family. Long story short after being seated. It was roughly an hour wait for us to even get the salad. And the waitress didn't have the courtesy to let us know anything about why the meal was being delayed. It took the floor manager to come and explain the delay of our order.
