Old Man Frank's - Winter Haven

What User likes about Old Man Frank's:
Wonderful “hole in the wall” restaurant by the lake, with decent bottles of beer selection! The service was excellent, and the server had to cover all the space alone, including large terrace. Just the kind of local feeling I'm looking for! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Old Man Frank's:
Food was great as usual.. But I have come to Frank's for years and will continue to do so, but the service yesterday was terrible I was treating when I did not sit there waiting for order, nor has either service come to me after my order, but they check for the couple next to me twice. I wasn't being treated fair, but that was just the first time this happened? I still love Frank? Tho View all feedback.
