Excellent food, has remained fresh, high quality, and friendly since the day they opened the doors at this location. Get the garlic dipping sauce, it's sensational. For dessert, the apple slices are a big hit too...they serve them in pineapple juice, which gives them a nice zip that balances out the sweetness in the toffee dip. View all feedback.

What Anna King doesn't like about Pdq Jacksonville (old St Augustine Rd):
2 stars bc the spicy chicken sandwich was editable pretty okay. Waited for what seemed like forever in the drive thru (seriously over 12 minutes); was told the chicken was cooking..cool, fresh, hot food. The fries were not editable at all, they were burnt to a crisp, hurt to chew and just gross. Not sure why I waited so long for a fresh mediocre sandwich and very very old fries. Thought the place looked nice but for $12 I will likely not be back! Oh and the Mac n cheese was absolutely gross. The noodles weren?t even al dente (sp? still very crunchy) and my 2 year old who will eat Mac n cheese off the floor wouldn?t touch it.
