I walk here very often at lunch, and the boba is delicious, and fairly cheaper than other places nearby! It's also nice and cozy inside so it's very comforting on a cold day. I definitely recommend the brown sugar oreo cocoa boba, I can't ever get enough of it! View all feedback.

Bad service, no one was there to serve us. We rang the bell and waited so long to order. The most disappointed thing is that after the long wait, they said no tapioca available.
