Had to kill time in the airport while waiting to check in at my hotel so I decided to grab some breakfast at Root 98. I was very impressed with the reasonable prices first off. The food was very good, far and away the best 'airport food ' I 've had in years, and my server, Mina, was delightful and professional. Given their promotion of herb and seed-inspired dishes, I was expecting homemade soup and fresh bread. Unfortunately, what I received was canned soup and store-bought white bread. The service was also quite disappointing.
