*EMAILED SUPPORT AND NEVER RESPONDED!*My boyfriend and I visited last Friday and we opted to sit on the patio. We’ve been here multiple times last year and this was the first time we’ve been this year.We were seated and it was decently busy so we expected to wait a bit. But every server passed us and didn’t acknowledge us so we waited longer. Two other tables were sat near us, and they both got their drinks and food orders taken.So after 20 minutes of sitting there I went up to the host stand and asked if we had a server. Then a server came over who had walked past us for 20 minutes, and apologized for the wait…and that was it. No real acknowledgment or apology of the confusion on their end. When we did get our food the pizza was good but the wings were just okay.
