I had the ribs delivered. They were extremely tough and difficult to pull the meat off the bones. I didn’t end up eating because it was too difficult and made me suspect it may not have been cooked enough. They stapled a piece of paper to the delivery bag that said to call them so they can fix any issues. I called and no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one has called me back.
