When I rate food services, I normally rate local eateries. Though the customer service at the Devonshire Mall A&W location was impeccable all around! I ordered a combo and was told that the fountain machine wasn’t working and I could only have juice. I didn’t want juice so I was told I could have NO drink, but that the price was the same. There was a second fountain machine, so wondering if both were broken? Then the cashier tried the fountain machine. The coke came out, but apparently too slowly so I only got half a cup.
