a female employee was very rude. we wanted to sit outside when we had a puppy. the lady said no when we had not booked the puppies for dinner. asked for an ashtray twice, we do not receive it before arrived drinks. we had no serviettes or cutlery. the main course did not yet come cute or salate. we always ask for cute.
