This restaurant is housed in a stunning historic building with lots of charm. The staff are attentive and friendly. I had an incredible Sunday lunch here. I highly recommend starting with the Togarashi crispy pork salad - it's delicious! We will definitely be returning with our families in the future. I can't wait to come back! If you haven't been yet, I suggest checking it out. Thank you for a fantastic Sunday lunch.

I and my wife had a date night at table 22 in wickham place, from the moment when we welcomed into the restaurant where we were greeted by warm-hearted staff and amazing eating. my wife chose the lamb and had the sticky hosin and garlic tofu. we will definitely return to table 22.
Prices fairly good, presentation of food good, burger good. However, at no point during the evening was I asked by the waiter/waitress if I would like to order a drink. An order for wine for my husband was taken but I wasn’t asked if I wanted a drink (so I stuck with the tap water on the table). Chicken starter was rather bland. Ordered seared cod loin as main course. I asked if it came with anything and was told no so I ordered crushed potatoes to go with it. When it arrived it already had potato on the plate plus I then had an additional bowl of potato. I think the waiter should have advised me that there was potato included with the dish and perhaps suggested I have some other side dish instead. The shrimp and chive hash cake just tasted of potato, no sign of any shrimp. Samphire was woody. A coffee and hot chocolate was ordered. The coffee was hot but the hot chocolate was only luke warm. There were also dead flies on the window sills in the conservatory eating area. Sadly I don’t think we will return.
Anniversary Meal, food was excellent and our waitress was very attentive. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Would have liked to be able to choose to leave a gratuity rather than having it placed on the bill, as only 2 of us. Would have left one anyway, just think its cheeky :
