Hopefully this was a fluke: we were seated fairly promptly and sat 15 minutes with no service. Our waitress finally took our drink order and over one half hour later took our order. We received the appetizer in another 15 minutes but still had no dinner, no attention nor explanation after another half hour- at which time there was no crowd!
