Great idea. Good food. Friendly folks. Unfortunately when you do try to help the needy it comes at a cost. I've had OK customer service, that's all. I was forgotten about for 34 minutes while my food was getting cold and no one could put the two together. I was on a tight time frame as well. One customer waiting and a cold order.
