Simon The Pieman Tearoom in Rye offers a unique and delightful experience in the heart of East Sussex. Despite some mixed reviews about pricing and portion sizes, the tearoom boasts a charming atmosphere with friendly staff, making it a perfect stop for tourists exploring the town. With a good selection of cakes and a focus on gluten-free options, it caters to a variety of dietary preferences. The cream tea, however, received some criticism for being overpriced and lacking in quality. Despite this, the tearoom's eccentric decor and imaginative presentation of pies make it a must-visit for those looking for a quirky dining adventure in the picturesque countryside of Rye.
