Order a 5 piece chicken tenders and they charge me for it got home and it was a 3 piece instead including the food was very cold were I live 7 mins up the road so there no way it could have got that cold that quick. I didn't go to the Hardee up the road across from Walmart like i normally do because I went there 2 days through the drive-thru and I waited 10 mins at the order window after be told to wait I would understand if they were busy but both times there was only a car or two in line.
My chicken was on a diet. Ok here comes the karen.No napkins, no sauce, chicken was cold, coke tasted like diet with little syrup.Employee did acknowledge me.Overall I guess it was blah.
I don't usually go to Hardee's as it has changed so much since I was younger, but I stop at this one because it's new and the only thing close to where I go in Wilson when I go there once a month or so. This Hardee's is pretty good. Tasty burger and quick drive thru service.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The cashier was unfriendly, rude, and clearly lacking in customer service skills. We interacted with a cashier named Ania, who didn't greet us, gave us a disdainful look, and overall was quite impolite. I even said thank you after our visit, but she completely ignored me.
