On this particular day, there was no line inside. My order was taken as soon as I got to the register. The employees took care to make sure my meal was prepared correctly and had everything I might need. I was in and out faster than if I had waited in the drive thru like I normally would have. While I waited, I could hear the woman behind the counter repeatedly calling to the kitchen for a bacon biscuit every five minutes. There were several people behind me in line, most of whom had complicated orders. Six people in total had their orders in before mine, and several had ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, which seemed to be causing a hold-up. To make matters worse, a guy from DoorDash cut in front of everyone, waving his phone as if he had a fast pass at Disneyland and demanding his order without considering those of us who had been waiting. Although the food was, as always, delicious, I found the situation frustrating. My main complaint revolves around the communication issues and the chaotic process of getting food to customers. It’s disappointing that even DoorDash employees don’t seem to have priority over paying customers like myself. I’d expect better organization from Bojangles, especially during busy times.

Glad wilson has made a new one! Hopefully they will get a new, well-trained staff. instead of the young, lazy staff they currently have! also the manager should be more proactive!
Don't wait until just an hour or two before closing time to visit this restaurant. The fries are consistently hard and hollow, almost as if they've been sitting in the fryer too long. I've often thought about moving my car up further in line. Typically, they serve others before me, which isn't exactly fair, but I tend to order the big family special. If they offer toppings without a whistle, they should be made fresh. I prefer to use my own Cajun seasoning. On my last visit, I moved my car up and waited for 20 minutes until the line cleared. When I returned to the window, they handed me my food right away. I guess they forgot I had been waiting.
