I find it very unprofessional that this restaurant cannot acknowledge its mistakes. Throughout the ordeal, I remained polite, but I was skipped in line despite being clearly next in line. When I pointed this out, I was told that they were busy and it wasn't their fault, followed by, “What do you want me to do?” Then the conversation shifted to another language.
