This restaurant is conveniently situated close to my office. It often gets quite busy and sometimes seems a bit understaffed. Nonetheless, the staff are always courteous, prompt, and genuinely attentive to the needs of their customers. You might experience a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it.
I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was delightful. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.
I wish I could give this location no stars. One of the staff members, Natalia, was incredibly rude and thought it was appropriate to use profanity towards customers. With that kind of attitude, she shouldn't be in a customer-facing position. I intend to reach out to corporate about her behavior. I will never come back to this location—it's just terrible and unprofessional. Her remarks could truly get her into trouble.
The older woman was quite rude, and there's only a 50/50 chance that she'll get your order right. Good luck to everyone! I certainly won’t be going back.
