Our waitress was so wonderful, I tipped her $20. This was the very first time I've utilized McMillans and I will be back, I've been a cook for 17 years and I loved the staff, service and food. Grew up in Willmar, McMillans being a staple decades ago. Returning decades later, my family ate here for early dinner to treat a visiting family member. Service was somewhat poor, even though the restaurant wasnt busy at 5pm on a Saturday. Food wasn't anything to write home about, but wasn't terrible.
