I stopped going to Sonic because i have had so many bad experiences but the customer service this man displayed was superior to any experience i have ever experienced . He had extensive knowledge on the menu . I haven’t had sonic food for a long time and I hav NOT missed anything. We ordered a burger that was cold and slapped togethermy sons bread and burger were cold. Seven the tots were cold. I complained at the window and all I got was sorry missnot to mention it was $20 and we even had to wait for our food. Waiting does not mean it’s fresh and hot!!! Very disappointed!
