I pulled off the highway to grab a quick bite and continue on to Phoenix. Horrible choice. I'm assuming that my situation was isolated ? As it was December 24th and the only reasonable explanation for being so slow would be understaffing. We sat well over 15 minutes at the window in the drive thru. View all feedback.
