We stopped at the Willard Kentucky Fried Chicken for a quick meal as we began our vacation. The food was delicious, and just as we were about to leave, I realized I had forgotten my purse. Thankfully, one of the employees came outside just as we were pulling away to ask if I had left it behind. We hadn't visited this restaurant in a while, but after seeing some positive posts about improvements, we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I ordered an 8-piece meal and a 5-piece big box. The Pepsi tasted like water, the biscuits were doughy, the fries were so hard they were inedible, and the chicken tenders had very little meat, mostly just crust. I tried calling to speak with someone I thought was the manager to express my concerns, but when I asked for their name, they hung up on me. I called back, but no one answered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Given the prices we pay for the food, it's disappointing that it was so poorly prepared and that there was no effort to rectify the issue. In the past, they had promised a voucher for problems we encountered, but we never received one.
Best coleslaw ever! This KFC location has excellent drive thru service. Fast and friendly!
