La Ferme du Vert is a beautiful farm in a very quiet part of France. It's a gourmet restaurant, small hotel and a cheese factory (and mainly a cheese factory for the purpose of my visit ! We were sent here by the owner of Chateau de la Marine as its where he buys his cheese, and it was a fantastic recommendation!
