This morning, I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and tried to place an order multiple times. There was a worker’s car in front of me, and then another employee moved up, clearly seeing me waiting. She went inside, and I ended up sitting there for another 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. Frustrated, I left and drove all the way across town to another location.
