Got a to go order and didn't realize my pizza couldn't fit in the bag and so it wasn't in there. The manager was an utter delight and made a fresh one for me and even gave me a pastry for having to make the drive back. Talked to the man for a bit while they made the pizza and he was delightful. I placed a takeout order and was disappointed to find that there was no cutlery included. The sandwiches were all burnt around the edges, making them almost unrecognizable. Additionally, they forgot to include the bread bowl I had ordered with my soup. This was not the first time an item was missing from my order, so I have learned to double check from now on.
