Chili's is quite a nice restaurant. The food is consistently hot and fresh. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The guacamole we ordered was decent but had a slightly different flavor than expected. The salsa was quite spicy, which I wasn't a fan of. However, my chicken crispers were served hot and fresh. I was really disappointed with my experience. I was informed there would be a 15-minute wait, which was reduced from 25 minutes. After being seated and given our menus, we waited for 20 minutes without anyone taking our drink orders or checking on us. Meanwhile, the people who were seated after us were promptly served.
