I went there Saturday night 11?25?22 Essen was amazing customer service was the best very friendly and I must say it is one of my favorite places to eat here? You charge a service fee even if you do not dive. The receipt to hide the service fee they charged me. All that stated on their website is 15% gratuity/service fee added party of 6 or more, not to mention the crab legs were boiled over and employees who took my order was pushed to finish my order via the phone even tho I had a few questions I had it until perhaps the restaurant was busy and she had to go, but once I...
