The food is tasty, but the service is awful. I attempted to place an order over the phone multiple times, but every time I called, they hung up on me instead of answering. On my last visit, I went through the drive-thru and waited in line for over 30 minutes before being told at the window that they were out of the type of chicken I wanted.
