We LOVE the Zen. I called ahead to ask if they can make chili chicken gluten free- they did it for my chicken and my fried rice too. I was wondering how it would taste but it was fantastic! As with any GF substitute, it didn't get quite as crispy but they did an amazing job making it taste the same and it had a nice coating.
