I love Lotaburger as a native New Mexican, and whenever I have to travel through NM, I like stopping at Gallup to go to this location. They always cook well, serve it promptly and have clean bathrooms and eating area. The parking is easy to navigate and they offer a drive thru as well. Lots of seating too. We came here for the green chili! Unfortunately there was none of it in our burgers. We even order the “New Mexico Style” and didn’t even get it. Just regular burgers. It wasn’t busy when we got there so I don’t know what the excuse would be. Like how do you forgot something your promoting on your menu. We were confused and very disappointed.
