Rarely is the situation that I need to rate Dunkin. But this location is so off the mark in level of service, organization and efficiency that corporate should revoke the franchise for bringing down the brand. Go to the locations on Cass Plainfield or Ogden Grant instead, and save yourself the headache. View all feedback.
