Easter was a bad day to book a fine restaurant . It's amateur hour. Diners dress in backward hats, 2 year olds running around, etc. My elk was overcooked. Staff responded well to my complaint. We have enjoyed the Hideaway in the past. It is very expensive, so it should be perfect.
