I hate to write a bad review because the owner is a good guy. I ordered an Italian sub and I know they have their own special sauce that they put on it. So I very clearly say I would like an Italian sub with mayonnaise only, no special sauce and no oil. Of course the girl taking the order only hear oil and that's what I get on my sandwich.
