I ordered two frozen coffees through the app. I get to the store and after waiting in line I’m told they can’t make them and can’t offer a refund? How is that even possible? Then I was told to go to another Dunkin and basically figure it out on my own with two drink stickers so that other Dunkin could make my drinks??? Thanks Dunkin I’ll never be back.
