We stopped by PHOever for 2 bowls of pho on a Tuesday evening, I’m not sure if it is just because we come on an off day, but the pho broth tasted incredibly bland, it doesn’t taste like a bone broth which I believe it’s suppose to be), but just like flavor powder packets dissolved in water.
