What N B doesn't like about Dunkin':
Stopped here in the way through the area. Took over 15 minutes in the drive thru, only 2 cars ahead of me. Both donuts were hard as rocks and scratched my and my son's mouths. Taste of the donuts was substandard. Seemed short-staffed and disorganized. It may have been a one-off, but I doubt I'll stop here again anytime soon. View all feedback.
