If you could serve garbage on a plate at a Food Court then Bourbon St is the place to go. Had the combo with Mango Chicken and Fried shrimp. Everything is clearly Cold. The Rice is the worst I have ever tried at any establishment. Its literally plain with nothing added and overly greasy. Fried Shrimp is just fried batter and same with the Mango Chicken.
