Ordered a simple americano, received a hot americano so I kindly notified the barista with the brown ponytail that I asked for it to be iced and her snarky response “now I have to make a new one”. Well yeah duh. It was a very rude response. It’s not like I ordered the most complicated coffee order? A barista who is equipped with working in a fast paced atmosphere wouldn’t respond like that.
