I visited this restaurant for dinner, and it was quite busy. The line was really long, but they managed to serve everyone quickly, which was impressive and showed their efficiency. Despite the rush, the staff remained friendly and focused on getting customers through, and I appreciated that. One of the workers was working so hard she was struggling to make up for the lack of communication and effort. The lettuce was not fresh. The food portions were not being refilled. The napkin and drink station was a mess, (I cleaned it for them) the napkins weren’t refilled. The sugar was wet and pretty much useless. The bathroom was dirty as well. I know it can be better..
