The service here is quite sluggish. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it consistently feels slow. However, the food is always fresh and perfectly seasoned. Perhaps they're just being understated in their approach. If they hope to be successful, they’ll need to improve the pace of service, especially during the busy hours between 3:30 and 8 PM.
