Delhi's Winter - West Lothian

What SuzieQ likes about Delhi's Winter:
It was a Sunday and we opted for the buffet at Delhi's Winter. It was good, but as a veggie, I wish I'd gone á la carte. That being said, the food was most acceptable and excellent value. A special mention to our waiters, who were attentive without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend. View all feedback.

What KevinJ doesn't like about Delhi's Winter:
The restaurant was dirty, both the inside and the dishes used. The food was way too spicy (and I like spicy food). When we spoke to the waiter to tell him this he said we should have asked for less spicy (they should have given us this choice when ordering).
