My brother took me to Envy for lunch today. He is not a vegetarian but thought it would like it. We both had the most delicious lunches. He had a vegetarian burrito and I had a pita with nutty mushroom filling. I am quite fussy and didn’t want a lot of the salads, but the staff were super accommodating and still made my pita full and tasty. The coffee was really good, and the cakes were delicious. Met a friend here for a coffee. I arrived early and so had a piece of flapjack with its corner dipped in chocolate. When you see them at the counter you find yourself thinking”Pick that one, it’s got more chocolate on!”. We were able to leave vehicles there while we rode off for a 20 odd mile bike ride and returned to have coffee and yes, another piece of chocolate covered flapjack...well, I did.
