Really negative experience here today. Went through the drive-through asked for Small Iced Extra Extra. Came back with one milk (maybe) and one sugar. When I asked (at window) that they remediate the staff member said No looks extra extra to me . Could care less. Inappropriate and infuriating. Also no jelly in the glaze stick even though I specifically asked they confirm. I understand we 're all under stress but come... View all feedback.
