I was in the area and wanted to have an alcoholic beverage while relaxing on a patio, watching vehicles driving down The Strip. The only place open where I could get a drink, at that hour, 10:40 am, and only a Mimosa or **** Mary, was the bar at the Andaz Hotel, Riot House. Service was good but besides the drink charge, they add in a srvc charge, a RH benefit charge, food beverage tax plus Ca tourism assessment fee.... View all feedback.
